Place 2 Weber lighter blocks on the bottom grate of the charcoal grill, light them and place the Rapidfire Chimney Starter over them.

The Rapidfire Chimney Starter delivery hot coal within 20 minutes. Use a mitt to pour the charcoal on the grate and start grilling!

Preheat the grill with the lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes before you barbecue. Clean the cooking grate while it's still hot, with a grill brush before and after grilling.

Covering your grill with a lid reduces cooking time. keeps the food juicy and traps the smoky flavour.
